Pre-Purchase Termite Inspections

When purchasing a home, we highly recommend you engage an experienced and licensed technician to undertake a termite inspection. The inspection should be conducted before you place an offer on a home or during the cooling off period. We use Termatrac T3i or Borascope cameras to look inside timber and following our inspection we provide a report detailing the following:

• Current termite activity
• Prior damage caused by termites
• Photographs of damage caused by termites
• Other timber pests found, including borers
• Wood rot
• Fungal decay
• Mould
• Any conditions conducive to termite attack
